- Mentorship – Trainees are partnered with senior ABB mentors for the duration of the program
- Trainee Götti – New trainees are coupled with experienced Trainees for additional support
- Innovation-related trainee project with ABB Technology Ventures
- Off-the-job development courses at ABB University
