Recruitment Process

  1. Apply via online tool 4-6 months in advance
  2. In-person or Skype interview with HR Talent Consultant
  3. Assessment Center

Requirements:

  • Graduates in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related technical disciplines
  • Not more than 1.5 years of professional work experience (excluding internships) since your graduation from university or applied university
  • Very good English skills required, other (especially German) language skills are preferred
